New Pack Member Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of our furry friends and our staff, the following requirements are necessary to maintain ongoing impactful services provided at our location:
Boarding, Board and Trains, Doggy Day Camp, and Doggy Day Camp with Training, On Demand Drop Off Service:

Up-to-Date Vaccinations: All pets must have current vaccinations.

Meet and Greet Session: A 15-minute session valued at $25, now free for new members.

45-Minute Evaluation Session: Valued at $50.00, now $30.00 for new members. The 45 min evaluation ensures we place your pet with the right pack and provide the appropriate services.

For Drop-In Services:

Rabies Vaccine: Required for all pets.

At-Home Meet and Greet and Evaluation: A 20-40 minute session valued at $75.00, now $50.00 for new members. This initial meet and greet ensures a safe interaction between your pet and the caregiver. We will also practice the requested service to see how your pet adjusts to their new friend.

EVALUATION
We are delighted that you enjoyed your meet and greet! We look forward to getting to know you and your pet even better.
To do so, please schedule a 45-minute drop-off for your pet. During this time, your dog will engage in human interaction, basic obedience evaluation and be introduced to one of our Den Dogs to observe their play style and behavior.
This evaluation helps us determine the best pack for your dog to join while in our care and allows us to recommend the most suitable services. We're excited to embark on this journey with you and your furry friend!
